They are designed to fit in front of regular glasses, however it is ESSENTIAL that they are fitted so they can not slip down from those glasses. There are fold lines so this can be easily done with or without glasses. When you put the solar glasses on you can not see anything. Your eyes will begin to dilate. You need to be able to lean back. Suggest you have your body is positioned so your head can be in a normal position to be able to look at the sun. Tuck your chin to your chest, install the solar glasses and raise your head. I found the sun to be surprising a smaller orange circle than I expected compared to a full moon. As I have sensitive eyes, I looked at it only a very brief time. During the eclipse you will look more often as the moon slowly eats up the sun circle until there is only a very very small part of the sun visible. Then it will get dark and you can observe the eclipse without glasses until the "diamond" appears and you must then view the end of the eclipse with the solar glasses.
